Return and Refund Policy

At Luxe Up, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Please note that all sales are final. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item (with a required unboxing video) or an item that doesn't match your order, we are happy to offer an exchange under these two conditions only. We kindly encourage you to choose your order carefully, as we do not provide exchanges or refunds for changes of mind.

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at luxeupofficial2024@gmail.com within 12 hours, with a photo of the received item and the reason for the return.

 

Kindly look into the terms & conditions for exchange/return –

  • An unboxing video from the time of opening the packaging with our logo and bill. The video should be recorded from start to the end without any cuts or edits in between must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Only after looking into this, return pickup will be initiated from our end.
  • Do send the package in the same packaging.
  • An exchange will be processed only after we receive the package, allow 8-10 business days.
  • PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU FAIL TO RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO, THERE WILL BE NO ACTIONS/RESPONSE FROM OUR END.
